David provides a freelance service to architecture and development professionals, and other clients, developing digital visualisations of proposed schemes.

 

David can deliver 3D digital models or high-resolution visualisations of the scheme in context, as the project requires. David has experience working on both commercial and residential schemes, including large-scale residential projects, contemporary one-off house designs, heritage alterations and extensions, and projects in the educational, hospitality, ecclesiastical, healthcare and cultural sectors.

 

Using digital visualisations and models, the client has the opportunity to see their project represented both internally and externally based on design proposals. Visualisations can also be used to support marketing, planning applications, community consultation, fundraising and other investment and promotional initiatives.
